Please add additional time to the grace period for 2002 disconnects.

Firstly thankyou for all you are doing in order to assure things get back to normal as soon as possible. Your efforts are noticed and I thankyou for them.

As for the suggestions given for countering 2002 errors. I'm on as much as a wired connection as I can get living in regional Australia where we only have satellite internet out here, I wish I could do more to increase my stability but there isn't anything else I can do on my end.

But while the 2002 error still persists for many people I would like to request if it is possible to implement a longer period of time on the login queue "save" grace period so to speak.

To my knowledge if you get 2002'ed in queue, if youre lucky enough to get back in queue quick enough it sort of saves your postion in queue, but the period of time required to do so is not enough and results in many of us having to start at the back of the queue again.

This morning, waking up at 11:30 PM GMT (11:30 am AEDT), I joined in the queue at 4,200 and in an hour was 1,000 in queue. All was going well until getting up to make myself a cup of tea and got 2002'ed. However the issue is being that you most likely won't be getting in straight away, and then trying to just click the "Start" button to enter character select I had to restart and got 2002'ed 12 times before being able to reach the character select screen again thus having to start the queue back at 5000.

Extending the 2002 grace period will possibly alleviate some dread from most people if it is extended out to at least 5-10 minutes. I don't mind waiting in an hour and a half queue if it was a consitent 5000-1, but realistically its 3-4 hours going through 5000-2000 several times because I can't get back to the character select to make use of the grace period.

This please. It is certainly a problem not unique to the OP, and one that I daresay is commonly faced many people.

I have lost hours of my life due to the same problem. Sometimes, I lost my slot in the queue even if I try to log in immediately after being kicked out, as error 2002 prevents me from going to the character select screen straight away.

Increasing the grace period before a person's 'slot' in the queue is lost would make this whole issue of server congestion A LOT more tolerable.
