Camera Automatically Spinning on mouse action

Hello,
since logging in today i noticed that everytime i use any mouse buttons the camera would uncontrollably move a bit. Trying to hold mouse button results in the camera spinning endlessly.
-I made sure to check in game settings and character / system configuration for settings. Ticked on and off controller settings etc.
-Unplugging the mouse doesnt work, trying out a differnt mouse results in the same issue. Updated software and all.
-Using the laptop touchpad results in the same issue.
-Checked if any keys are stucked and are pressing permanently (which is not the case)
- No controller so its not an issue of analog stick stuck.
-Tried resetting keybinds

My mouse controller works for every menue, i can click the system menu and inventory and everything. Just trying to control camera movement results in the spinning.
