Clean up the purchasing expac/store items process

Hey there,

So first off.. great game and great work on Endwalker. However, I have to issue a complaint here cause it has caused a lot of grief for myself and others. The square store situation is abysmally behind the times.. There are 3 websites, the square enix store, optional items store, and your mogstation.. I can live with the whole non instant delivery of items thing and waiting potentially hours to receive an item. However, I am going to mention Blizzard here. For all their horrid work and lazy developing of the recent decade, they have made purchasing items or expansions INCREDIBLY simple and streamlined. You purchase the item or expansion under your account, and bam. It is automatically applied. No early access code then an expansion code emailed or generated in website A then input code into Website B. It is absolute nonsense at this point that it needs to be so convoluted to get an expac, or even the base game for that matter. It really ruins the experience and adds un-needed stress that you can't just get what youve given money for. Fix it up! You have a great game, and a horrid store system. Luckily the game makes up for it in the end..
