A timeline for the locked servers? Friend cannot make a character to play with us :(

Hello!

After the jobs patch, my husband and I re-subbed and have been really enjoying the game thus far :) I want to express my appreciation to the development team for all of the hard work they've put in thus far; the game is a far cry from the beta and early release version I last played.

That being said, after our close friend watched us play during several sessions, he decided to surprise us by going out and buying it so we could all play together! Unfortunately, we are on Gungnir server, which is one of the ones that's been locked from creating new characters. My friend is really bummed out; since we were hoping to play together he doesn't want to roll on another server.

Is there any time estimate for when the locked servers like Gungnir might be reopened to allow new character creation? Our sitation shows that this game has enough promise to attract new subscribers, but I think word-of-mouth will be key and these new players will want to play with their friends :(

If the development team is aware of any timeline on this issue, I humbly request a reply^^

I'd say with the May 10th - 20th (I think?) event to bring back older players they should open the servers up
