During the quest, a baby is shown being thrown into a deep body of water along with his mother. The mother dies instantly, and the baby must be retrieved from the water's depths. For a mercy, the child does survive.
Since infants being so gravely imperiled is a trauma trigger for myself, I leave this content warning here for anyone who may need it.
