Gilded Armor Identification Key

I haven't been playing FFXIV very long but I have a few achievements with rewards I haven't been able to claim. The most recent is the Gilded Armor Identification Key for the 500 player commendations. I've googled it and every post I come across says to go to Jonathas but he doesn't have one. It's not in my inventory, not in my mounts, nothing. Is this something we are no longer able to claim?

They made a recent change and now Jonathas is unnecessary. You should be able to claim your rewards from within the achievement window itself now. If it says "unclaimed," just click to claim rewards.

I was clicking inside the achievement before, but I was not clicking the actual item. You've saved me from many more hours of frustration, thank you!!!
