Steps:
1. "Next Main Scenario Quest notification in the upper right of the screen shows ???
2. Usually, this means you need to level up to see more, but currently new quest"Under his Wing" is available from Matsya.
3. After accepting this quest, the upper right notification changes to "Current Main Scenario Quest, and shows "Under his Wing".
4. This usually happens after a connected series of MSQ's.
