Roleplaying Duties Do Not Have Cross Hotbar

Steps:
1. Accept solo duty. In this duty, you will be playing as ....
2. Hotbar replaces on-screen hotbar, but cross hotbar remains my usual hotbar, which is currently unusable.
3. Pressing the right shoulder buttons to cycle through hotbars only cycles through my hotbars, not the hotbar for the duty.
4. Changing configuration to keyboard+mouse input vanishes my cross hotbar, and changing back to controller input brings it back, but it is still my hotbar, not the one I need for the duty.
5. The displayed hotbar is usable via the virtual mouse, but not through other means.
6. I have successfully completed a number of role-playing duties prior to Endwalker's release. I have not tested if Praetorium's magitek armor segment is still playable since the patch.

ETA Praetorium's magitek armor segment is also unplayable.
