Removing myself from a party from the log in screen

I was in a party with one other player and we were both disconnected at the same time. The world we are on (Tonberry) is full so we are both unable to get back into the world. We wanted to log on via another world but cannot because we are still in a party even though both of us are offline.

Is there any way to disband or leave the party from the title screen even though we are unable to get back into the server?

Is there any way to get around this or will we now be unable to play until the party is automatically disbanded or the world is no longer full?
