I understand the Long Queues

I get that they are long. Happened during SB and HW. What is infuriating is being 2002ed in queue after being in it for so long. 5k queue, almost 2 hours. Then 2002. Back to 5 k. 2002 again. It's just all kinds of depressing.

8 hours trying today and I give up. I lost count of the 2002 errors. Queue is a misnomer as it indicates an orderly line in which you will eventually be in the front for service. Losing position in the queue after I don't know 80 or so 2002 disconnects at least 10 per hour. We are playing a login lottery. There is no queue.
