Queue number has not changed in over an hour even with 2002 errors

I'm trying to log in Primal, and for probably over an hour my queue spot has been 355. I've tried logging out of the game, wait 5-10 minutes, restarting my computer, restarting my modem and router, and when I tried to log back in, it was still 355. I fear I may be stuck in a loop where I'm not actually in the queue and I don't know how to fix it.

Any ideas of what I can do to get me out of this? I don't mind if I go back to place 5000 in the queue, I just want to see the number change :(.

It is not just you. Myself and all my friends and free company mates who have logged on after me are having the same issue. I think the Primal Login Server fried.

I stopped trying for about 20 minutes, finally got a different spot -5065- but it won't change. Hopefully at least I'm in an actual queue.

Yeah, I was having this happen a lot yesterday too.
