You're not wrong. They've known about login issues for a long, long time and have clearly not prepared for this release at all on the backend. This is a disaster. I've been trying to play for 6 hours. WHEN I get into a que, I'm dropped from it. Sometimes a few minutes after connecting, sometimes hours later when I should be nearing the end...is this Blizzard or Square Enix?
I hear World of Warcraft is looking for more players.
why not a free month and 10 million gil per day the login issues persist ? but good thing you made your thread, there truly weren't enough threads to complain about the login issues.
Um I think you really don't understand. A lot of us paid for Endwalker. That is $59 per license. I have two licenses and I cannot play on a weekend that I actually have time to play on. I dont care about the free play for a month or the "Free" gill, a digital entity. What I care about is I paid expecting to be able to play a game. If they cant handle people for Endwalker how will they handle when the early access time is up. This is not a new occurrence. Square Enix has been dealing with this for over four months. Everyone has been dealing with a five minute queue since then...now cant even play. You are delusional if you don't think this is an issue.
Oh there is an issue with logging in, I agree and the issue is the disconnects. They are working to resolve your disconnect issue and still it may not even be them, it could be your computer gets a bad packet from an unstable internet node and the client interprets that as a disconnect. no one can say what is truly happening. as to the game itself, endwalker content is STABLE, the servers are stable only there is a huge amount of people that came out of the woodwork and that's why the queues are astronomical. This happens when most mmo's put down a new content patch only this time here we got lots from other mmo's that exacerbated the situation. I can guarantee that there were more people with accounts that could be reactivated than they could put on all their servers at any one time. You paid 59.99 each for 2 copies of endwalker access which once you can get in you can play. this will not be removed so you can get your money's worth out of it. at stake really is your game time which is at most 14.99 a month, or less which equates to 50 cents a day. they gave you 7 days to compensate for the problem and might give more time.
What i said is that you were complaining about the 4 days you couldn't play, and they gave you 7 days. so you didn't get to play 4 days that equates to 2 dollars (given the 14.99 a month charge) and they gave you 7 days that is $3.50, which is more than you had lost before. now it might be break even, but your endwalker product key never expires unless the game is shuttered. so you will be able to play it at some point. I'm not telling you to keep paying if you can't log on, but i'm just saying they are working on the issue as best as they can (their admission) and if you want to cut your time off then by all means do so and then come back when you feel they have corrected the problem.
