I love sitting in queue for 3 hours watching that queue tick down. Then, when im at 200 to go, getting really pumped to be able to play at a normal time, error 2002 and im back to 5400. Thumbs up for saving spots.
Honestly, having a blast playing from 12 to 3 am. Unfortunately, most of the world isn't closed to a pandemic anymore. So I have to work. Sums up that I get to play for 6 hours a week and ruin my sleep schedule for work.
Implement a 5 minute spot save. or a 2 minute spot save.
Should be 5 minute hold if you get 2002. I was getting multiple 2002's yesterday and except for the first one (cause I went to take a nap and took to long to requeue), I got back into my place every time I got 2002, which was about a dozen times.

You say this then BAM, 2002. You are now not in the queue anymore and don't even know it. Enjoy not playing the game. I watched my queue down to position 1 and got 2002'd back to back and it reset me to 4,455. Screenshots and video to prove it. Then they are wanting to blame peoples hardware or internet connection for it. I have a failover connection and network stack that would not only tell me if there was any sort of packet loss but enough packet loss to cause serviceability issues, and this would have been avoided by the secondary connection or hardware as necessary-- so I am sure it is not my internet or network.
