Mistake in description of Fire II (effects have changed after Endwalker)

Hi. I was just testing out my BLM rotation and it seemed a little odd that I still had to use Fire III to swap over to Astral Fire 3 from Umbral Ice 3, since the Fire II description reads as follows:

Grants Astral Fire III OR removes Umbral Ice

Which I believe is the original description. However, when I was testing the actual spell on a striking dummy, it actually worked like the AoE version of Fire III, wherein it "Grants Astral Fire III AND removes Umbral Ice".

I think the spell has been edited to function like an AoE version of Fire III to smoothen the rotation, but the devs must have forgotten to change/update the spell description.
