Thank you, i guess. Still i see no excuse for the software failure of your login system not properly processing queue positions and not remembering them on a 2002 disconnect. PATCH YOUR SOFTWARE to be more lenient with timeouts, provide a lasting queue token that is stored locally and encrypted that stays valid until the player SUCCESSFULLY logs into the GAME server.
Provide a measure that prevents 100% the loss of queue positions within a time frame of at least 6 minutes of a new attempt, regardless of causes for disconnection, make this bound to PAID player accounts. And last but not least...get a more competent datacenter provider. Upgrade your bandwith (frankly a cause for most issues anyway). Disable free users for now. Remove BOTS. Your problems occur way BELOW a cap of 17000 users ... i dont know what your IT is smoking but its sure giving em the buzz.
the worst login experience i just had was NOW... after waiting for 3000 positions i was on position ONE and got 2002 back to 3800. Why is your client forcing someone out and closing itself instead of attempting to negotiate a connection again. That is INCOMPETENT. Are you using a 1995 winsocks implemenation or what. Holy cow.
