Where do we get the Endwalker job gear?

I guess I missed it but where do we pick up our job gear?

i think for lvl 80 its at the same guy you get the lvl 80 gear near ondo cups
idk about 90!

Lv89 not 90 iirc Yoshi mentioned it on the live letter (correct me if im wrong)
