Sat in Queue both times 8000 + and kicked at spot 1

As the title says..ive been.. or rather was waiting in queue today for 5 hours and both times it reached the number 1 spot from a grueling 8000+ line up. Both times I was given error 2002 ( and consecutively throughout queue ). I understand the lack or servers due to chips and covid.. but cmon. this is unacceptable. I waited my turn both times fair and square and still nothing.. Hopefully tomorrow turns out better but I expected better forking over money every month than for this.
