Cannot continue MSQ, Stuck outside Radz-at-Han (Post 3rd Dungeon)

Area and coordinates: Radz-at-Han / Thavnair ( 32.4 , 8.2 )

Steps:
1. Complete the Main Scenario Quest "Skies Aflame" and get teleported to Radz-at-Han.
2. Do the Questline up to "The Blasphemy Unmasked" and get Graha Tia to follow you.
3. Teleport out of the city to another Aetheryte.
4. There is no way to enter the city again. Entering from the entrance at Thavnair returns a "You are unable to leave this area" error and brings you back to the gate.

Please help, there doesn't seem to be any other method of entering the city as the Aetheryte is only unlocked after this quest.

I am also experiencing this issue, except with the quest after 'Skies Aflame'
I left the city and was flown back by a friend to the entrance and was unable to enter and there are no airship ports accessing the city.

Same issue here I can't get to Radz-at-Han from anywhere

You can find a NPC at Thavnir X:25.6 Y:9.4 that will let you back into the city
