Fix the Queues, This Is Unacceptable

I just spent 2 hours sitting queue, restarting the game dozens of times because of error 2002, then I finally hit number 1 in queue, only to see yet another error 2002; when I re-launched the game I was back at 4569.

You have to understand how infuriating this is. 2 hours of my time babysitting the queue, expecting to get into the game, only to sent back to the end of line.

I get that you couldn't get enough servers, but you launched the game anyway. Either fix it or give people advice that isn't total garbage.

"Should you encounter Error 2002 when attempting to log in, we apologize for the inconvenience, but ask that you wait a while before trying again."

Yeah, right, let me just wait a while, I'm sure that will fix it.
