People rushed to 90 and are now bored. Don't ask why, no one understands why.
I think people are afraid of being put back into the que so they just find a way to avoid it. (Not saying how)
Or they’re just whispering to eachother - ‘cause ya’know people in MMO’s don’t like to speak out loud anymore.
Orrrr they just AFK in major cities for some unknown reason and it’s just how they like to spend their subscription time, it’s been a thing since before Endwalker.
Problem is they should log out making hard for other people to log in.
