No Subtitles / No Dialogue Text in Cutscenes

Frequency: A few cutscenes in Endwalker, in cutscene in "Travelers at the Crossroads"

NPC name: 86 Quests Spoilers

Steps:
1. Commence Travelers at the Crossroads.
2. Talk to NPCs after Anagnorisis and go to Notoneus.
3. Cutscene does not have a lot of a certain NPC's dialogue text (if it exists). Cutscene Audio is in Japanese and there is no English dialogue text. It isn't a match issue, it just isn't there.

If this is a case where it's random 'idle' dialogue, that's a lot of voiced cutscene audio that does not have dialogue text to accompany it which can also be bad for those who have poor hearing.
