What is something positive about Endwalker so far for you?

There are gripes I have about Endwalker but I think largely, the positives outweigh the negatives.

What I loved so far about Endwalker is the RP type quests where you escort or track a person. I thought those were pretty fun and honestly don't mind them that much.

I also really like the much more mature tone in the story so far. I didn't like ShB that much personally because it felt too happy-go-lucky. I actually preferred SB to ShB for this reason. The tone in EW is much more nuanced and I can't wait to complete the story. The writers for EW are exploring actual deep themes and I appreciate it. It might be occasionally a bit too preachy, but it does encourage you to think about these themes. I really enjoyed seeing characters tackle these themes and see their psyche.

The music has been great and I like the re-emphasis on worldbuilding and lore in EW, that I felt was lacking in ShB. While I felt that the ShB story was overrated and almost cliche, I think I'll actually think that the EW story is deserving of being called a top-tier story for a video game, not just an MMO, which I didn't think FF14 has deserved up until now.

Personally I haven't played any of the new zones. I have been able to play a couple hours each yesterday and today working on Stormblood MSQ and have been enjoying the heck out of it. Ruby Sea is just an exquisite zone!

I did do the appearance for my bunny boy and saved it. When things settle down he will enter the world. :)

Oh, why is it blocked? Hopefully this thread will be more positive in a week or so, since it's unfortunately hard to see something positive in content that most players can't see right now.

Music, god I love the music this expansion. The way it sounds the way the areas look its so wonderful and pretty.
Also i love summoner now. The raw emotions it makes me feel story wise is just amazing.

I like the Dragoon changes.

I love the tiny bit of the story I've been able to play, and absolutely adore playing sage. Also every expansion I always level in the old zones with the new jobs and really enjoy seeing all the fates active. Its amazing.
