I cannot log in after a two hour queue

It's really frustrating to montly pay for a game and get a two hour queue (I started at 3752) and when you're number 1 on queue, getting an error and not only that, but trying to log in again hoping for the same place on the queue (number 1) after having waiting and finding out that you're back at the 3700 queue... it really gets on anyone nerves.

Can we get a solution to this?

I completely understand the situation, a lot of new players and old players coming back to the game and the huge influx of stress on the servers this can generate.
But at least we should be able to use a service we're paying.

Again, I completely understand and I know this situation will last only for a week or two, but at least I want to know I'm being listened to.

Same for me just a 6000 queue and after error now 7000 im really damn frustrated i just wanna get logged in :(

I understand that there is so much players and ready to wait in queue, but after some time game just do "lobby error" and place me in the end of queue and this is crazy loop.

Why should i lose my place in queue in the first place then this errors is fault of Square Enix to begin with?

Fix it somehow, please, really frustrating.

I try to login and get 8k queue, after 1 hour i was on 6k but lobby error, tried to enter again like 5 times, finally go to queue again with 7,8k... 30 min later i'm at 7,5k. I just wanna play the game that I paid for.

Should have launched on a Monday. That alone would have made it a little easier to deal with.
