Reaper's Hellsgate in Character Creation screen

Steps: Unsure.
Slightly after I changed the environment setting, and while browsing the different character creation options, a Hellsgate spawned in the background and disappeared after a few seconds.

Since I haven't gone far in the Main Story I thought that it was maybe related.... and then in Frontline I saw a Reaper using that same Hellsgate. I assume it's an issue similar to the red dragon glitch from Copied Factory?
I haven't unlocked Reaper yet, if this can help.
