Bard Repertoire Procs

With the EW changes, every song now has its own server tick, one every 3s after it starts. So, one tick every 3s... 45/3 = 15 possible ticks, right?

Nop, its a total of 14 ticks because the first one occours at 42s and the last one at 3s.

Thats means, in the best case scenario, since we dont have a chance to get a proc when we start a song, we'll get a max total of 17 procs using 3 Empyreal Arrows and be missing one proc for the last Pitch Perfect during Wanderer's Minuet.

I woulder if this is intentional or a massive oversight.
