Moving backwards in queue and sudden character change while in queue

I've had this issue two times, once yesterday and once today, where I, from one second to the next (without the 'normal' 2002 error and having to requeue) wass set back in queue - the first time i went from 3.644 to 4.587 and the second time from 575 to 2.876 and both times when this happened, the character I chose was changed to another character in my list, without me either cancelling the queue or even touching my mouse. Not sure if I'm in the correct forum here with this, but it was just too weird to not mention it, since it deviates from the normal queue problem.

I've actually had the same thing happen to me. I was down to 2,096 from a 4k queue and then back up to 4k with another character. I got lucky, I had a 2002 error and got back in fast enough to log into my main. It gave me my spot in the Queue back. I was about to go off, since the day before I spent over four hours in queue and kept getting kicked back to the end due to DCing and not being able to get back into the game.
