Hello!
I am a casual player who would like to be more involved with my FC, so finding one that is friendly is top priority. I am fairly new to the game but would also like to get into raiding eventually. Looking for a new free company that is at the very least LGBTQ+ friendly. I would prefer to belong to a FC that is primarily run and operated by the LGBTQ+ community if it exists though.

I guess this begs the question: what are you *really* wanting? I'm uncertain what a "primarily run and operated by the LGBTQ+ community" FC would provide you that others cannot.
This is true.. The more I play the better I feel about it actually. I have found a FC that I enjoy for now... I suppose I am used to and came from certain other MMORPGs where the language is a bit more hostile among players and didn't really want to experience that again in something I am wanting to enjoy.
A lot of guilds in games are incredibly toxic and regularly use LGBTQ slurs as colloquial language. Or simply making fun of anyone that isn't straight. This can make us feel incredibly uncomfortable and offended - especially when it is a constant stream of the stuff over and over again.
There's on really big one on Malboro I no longer recommend.
