Diagnosis/Prognosis casting glow glitch

Area and coordinates: Zadnor (so far)
Steps:
1. As a Sage, cast Diagnosis or Prognosis.
2. The blue, sparkling/shimmering glow effect when using the aforementioned spells 'attaches' to the character model. Switching job does not resolve the issue, neither does changing zone. Logging out resolves the issue, but I'm hesitant to lose my spot on the server to clear up the issue.
