optional item delivery never delivered (boost)

Hi,

1. I bought a main story quest boost and a dragoon level boost (total $50) but I never received it
2. My mailbox is not full and never was full
3. many hours later and multiple relogs and its still not there. GM told me i have to submit the bug here.
