Ps5 screen clipping.

I recently (4 days ago) acquired a Ps5 and upgraded from my Ps4 however upon loading into the Ps5 version I noticed that the picture is extending beyond the border of the tv itself. I've checked all my other games and this is the only one having this problem.

I've adjusted my HUD to compensate for now but I'm essentially missing about an inch and a half of screen on either side and a little less than that top and bottom by my estimation. Some game text is being cut off as a result and my screen feels more cramped from the HUD adjustments.

I have already attempted adjusting my tv settings and formats as well as uninstalling and re-downloading the game to no avail. If anyone has any idea how to resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
