11023 ERROR

I was able to connect and play until a minute ago after i woke up.....is it my problem or the server's? Please help!! Thanks~

Open FF14 Client
Checking Version
11023 Unable to access server for version
check. (4:20455,10009,19900,12030)

Date & Time:
May 5th 8:15 am Time Zone UTC+8

Frequency:
Just Once

PC Manufacturer & Model Number:
Sony Vaio VPCF2

Operating System:
Win 7

Graphics Card:
Nvidia GT540M

ISP:
China Net Guangdong Province Net

Type of Internet Connection:
ADSL

I am getting this exact same error repeatedly as well and cannot log in :<

Sorry to double post, but is anyone having the same problem/know a solution?

I have disabled my firewall/antivirus, tried connecting directly and through a router and still cannot connect. I was able to connect perfectly 2 days ago.

I have no idea whats going on >< and i tried to contact them

I have been working on my internet settings trying to find out if the problem is on my end for over 5 hours now.... ;_;
