Arbitrary Launcher Failure
I've had some trouble starting FFXIV. This problem is inconsistent. I can still log in, or at least enter the log in queue, but it takes about three to five attempts to do so without crashing either the launcher or the game.
Date & Time: Dec 3 & 4
Frequency: 1/3 times I try to log in
World name: Zodiark
Character name: Gunloeth Grimhildr
Steps:
1. Open Launcher
2. Input account and password
3. Press play
4. Fatal error (launcher crashes)
I've received a few different errors, but here are the two most common ones.

4. Reach start screen, press Start.
5. Fatal error (application crashes)
