My money is green just like someone that is PLAYING the game. Except you are robbing me of my money. If you can't make a game with enough servers to handle the load then you should quit the game making business. You need to reevaluate your business. Please give everyone a free month for your poor judgement.

They have done everything they could, It is just not possible at this moment to get new servers due to shortage of semiconductors in the world

If you charge 10,0000 people for a game-time fee then you are expected to deliver to those 10,000 paying customers. The queue system was fine when it was a few minutes before being able to play pre-Endwalker launch but waiting 4 or more hours before being able to play and potentially getting an error code at any point sending you to the back of the queue is not right.
