i love this.

as a new, unprivileged player:

super nice to experience attempting to log in and getting errors.

writing a letter about how you "optimized" your servers isn't really a trump card,

my first impressions of this game's american staff is underhwelming. Im paying for a game's time, but im getting denied that service because of poor planning and oversight.

Cloud infrax is cheap guys, you could've leased some to make up some capacity. There really isn't a good excuse, especially when you pay early based on the community feedback of how well you treat the gamers.

mostly just really disappointed i only got to play for like 20 minutes today and am anticipating i wont likely get to play at all for a weeks because of this volume until your management realizes you need more juice. i don't know if ill care that much to return. /shrug
