FPS 50 to 10 in a sec

hello

So a few days ago im starting to have lag issues in the game my internet is good because this is the only game i have this issue i got 50 fps most of the time and then in just a sec it getting 10 fps and only last like 1min then again go up this lag is annoying because is not all the time can you plz tell me whats the problem this is my computer setting :

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10980HK CPU @ 2.40GHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super
32GB Memory
512GB SSD / 1TB SSD
Windows 11

So i dont think the problem is my computer can you plz help thx
