Check if you did not have scroll lock on and if you use numbers in your pass, check if num lock is on. Other than that, I suggest you contact support.
Yeah I checked and even reset my password. Nothing seems to work. Tickets already in so hopefully they get back to me soon. Dont see the sense in paying for a game i cant play.
Just dont expect a reply soon, I think support is currently absolutely flooded with requests and issues. I would not be surprised if they do not pull 24/7 for the next 4 days to even somehow deal with it.
I saw someone else saying the same problem and it was their VPN causing it (pretty sure they mentioned Exit Lag).
