Gear Sets Missing

After patching and logging in today I found all of my Gear Sets are missing. My character is wearing a set of gear, but it nor the other sets I had, appear on my character.

At the character login screen I get an 'Unable to obtain character data' message, but clicking on my character's name gets me into the login queue.

BTW, this is the most trouble I've ever had submitting a support ticket in any game I've played. I'm not even sure this is how to do it. #enjoymymoney
