Login Queues
Hello all,
first of all I'd like to say that I know SE staff is doing whatever is possible so we could enjoy the game more and i'm gratefull.
I want to express a question that bugs me though.
Why login queues should be our problem and not DevOps problem ?
I'm keen on paying my sub and that's all I can do about it.
Why should I have to wait 1+ hour to play the game - it doesnt sound normal.
It should be the devops team who should scale up when needed the servers so we could play without so big queues. I really cant understand the logic here - if we are too many, scale up with extra server capacity so we can play and when less requirements are needed you can scale down.
Does someone have a logic explanation why the customer (the players) have to suffer such queue times instead of the company investing in more server resources for smooth gameplay?
