Worst Customer Experience Ever
Hello,
As the title shows, I took day off from work to play the game just like any other ffxiv player and I was so excited but it ended up being the worst gaming experience I ever had in my entire gaming life.
Woke up 2 hours before servers went live to get everything ready and enjoy the game, but I ended up experience the 2002, 4004 errors for almost 2 hours and when I managed to get into the game I had the chance to play for 20-30 mins and got kicked for no reason, then I had to wait in queue for 2 and a half hours then my router reset and since the game doesn't have a safety window for people that had technical issues, I waited 3 more hours again in queues and the second I got in again another error popped saying ''World is full and you have to try again later''.
My entire day off was basically a queue simulator while watching other people on twitch playing the game without any issues.
SE you were aware of the hype around the game since Asmongold came in, but you didn't invest on anything to make our launch experience memorable but instead you did everything to make it the worst experience ever.
I know that Yoshi P will come out and apologize again but an apology isn't enough to make up for this whole mess which is unfortunate.
We always said that SE care about their player base but this shows that we were wrong.
Thanks for making my early access experience a nightmare even worse than new world release.
