Launcher crashes on version check, even after full reinstall

As the title mentions, my launcher is crashing every time since the Endwalker update. After attempting multiple fixes found online, I just re-installed the game fully - both the launcher from Steam and re-downloaded the entire client. I'm not seeing anyone else having this issue, and thus I've needed to make this post, as it keeps happening. The crash info is as follows:

Things I've tried:
*Changing BootVersionCheckMode in FFIXIV_BOOT to 1
*Fully reinstalling the game
*Restarting the PC, both before and after reinstalling
*Repairing the launcher via Steam
*Launching via the launcher from the game files (it then fails to recognize my account, as it isn't launching through Steam)

Please help.

Edit: After I'm guessing an invisible update, it appears to be launching just fine now. Thank you to anyone who looked in to this and especially thanks to those who fixed it behind the scenes!
