Can't Log In. Unable to download patch files 30413 25008 20495 20495

Hi, would really appreciate some help with a problem I've encountered if anyone has any assistance they can provide.

As the title suggests, I can't log in since it's unable to download the patch files I wrote in the title. To provide some context I couldn't log in earlier since I kept getting an error message that my id or password was incorrect, an error I got since my ExitLag was on. Not realising that was the issue I stupidly uninstalled the game and tried to reinstall it. I've turned off ExitLag and now I keep getting stopped 200-ish MB in with the error message and numbers.

I've tried fixes such as: clearing the DNS cache, Using my phone as a tether, using my phone as a tether and turning it off once the download had started, deleting the "problematic" 4e9a232b folder and turning ExitLag on during the download.

I'm in Australia if that helps and I don't have a vpn, I'm hoping that there's a solution to this that doesn't involve purchasing a vpn.

Having the same issue.


Game was running fine yesterday when I logged out. Wanted to do the update before work today, and this error keeps popping up.


I also tried the DNS fix as well as the 4e9a232b Folder -> no luck.


Uninstalled the game, and even deleted the source folder, then re-installed -> still no luck.


I really don't know what else to do.

This happens to me everytime i need to patch the game (for years now). It stops your download and closes the launcher randomly and without warning. But if you restart it, it will try and pick up where it left off. I've had to babysit the download closing and opening it countless times. i've tried every solution you can find on google but brute forcing it was the only way ive ever been able to download the game. DNS altering, port forwarding, Even bought a VPN and it still happens.

Tried some of the fixes here too - none of them seem to work.


Ill babysit a while, meanwhile Ive put in a ticket, but dunno if ill get a response anytime soon XD

I don't think is an option, everytime i've tried to restart the download after it's given me the same error message and closed itself, it's always given me the same 48998.59MB remaining

Did you end up getting a response from the ticket? What does square seem to say?
