Cant get master recipes - limbo

Not sure if ingame report went thru and gm's couldnt help so posting here

Problem is that i bought and used master recipes 1 for several professions. I think i bought them for later use as rest progress. They are not in my bag, saddlebag, or retainers. Still the npc says i cant buy more than one of these. Those professions that used them have recipies, but for example alchemist doesnt have and cant buy as vendor thinks i have it. Master recipe list is empty and i have checked bags several times. Before and after this endwalker update.
