Endwalker: Hard nerf for GC delivery missions EXP

Note: There is a slight level difference of 1-2 levels between the SB and EW screenshots.
Nonetheless, the nerf seems pretty hard.

They've also nerfed the exp necessary for levels.

They just removed the HUGE buff that they gave late in ShaBri to help people catch up.

At 80, NQ/no bonus is ~20% of a level, double for HQ, double for bonus. That's normal GC exp.

I dunno, I got half way to 81 on all crafters and gatherers. That's pretty alright imo but I haven't done GC turn ins in almost 2 years so what do I know.

i had crafted 175 x the max lvl craft *(firmament - restauration) in advance for all 8 crafts.
They nerfed turnins, now all of them no matter the difficulty are 1000xp each. that's even less exp than a single craft.

(hoping it's a bug that's going to be fixed as nothing was mentioned in the patchnotes, but if not i have paid for 6 additional retainers for nothing and thrown away about 24.000.000 gil worth of materials)

They were always going to give 1000exp, you're level 80.
