It looks like it updated the base game, ex1, ex2, and ex3. So for now that download doesn't include Endwalker (ex4), but that's not unusual for expansion updates. It will likely show up soon.
Yeah I just noticed that too. For a moment I wondered if there was something wrong. I guess this is only the patch download so far, the actual expansion download is yet to be added.
