What happened to Island Sanctuary? (Harvest Moon game content)

I'm sorry to post this in General, but I can't find any updated information on what happened to this piece of content.

I've googled it and on the surface web it keeps citing old articles from August and October.


All i want to know is if it was delayed or cut again from this expansion, whether it'll actually come out or not this time or get delayed a 2nd time to another expansion.

I've tried the completed patch notes, but i can't find it on there.

So I'd really appreciate it if someone knows of a updated source that isn't from the media tour videos that i refuse to watch due to trying to avoid spoilers.

AFAIK it wasn't even confirmed for 6.1, it's confirmed for "sometime in the 6.x patches"

I always figured it would at least be after 6.0 MSQ. Makes no sense tending to a farm while the world burns dealing with the end of days.

That's a finally fantasy tradition! Stop right before the big finale and go off and do mild paced side content, while the final boss sits there looking at their watch.

Hey now, if no one bothers to grow food even during the end of days we all starve to death. Supply chains are a needed thing.
