This is not a technical issue with my operating system or any active game aspect. I simply have not been able to redeem any of my legacy titles. I submitted a ticket a long time ago but apparently somehow it was overlooked. I've learned that other players from a before ARR have acquired their titles - would like to reclaim mine as well.
