"Unable to complete market transaction" - Lost Gil

1. Went to marketboard to purchase wind crystals
2. Clicked OK in purchase confirmation window
3. Message appeared: "Unable to complete market transaction."

After the error, I repeated on a different listing for the same price, and got the error again.

Then I noticed my gil was missing from each transaction (30,000 x2 (w/o tax)), but the crystals were not in my inventory. I checked the history on the market board and it was purchased by another player, but my ~60,000 gil is still missing.
