I'm sure you're up to your behind in 'gators just now, but I've come across an annoying irregularity while doing a quest called "The Primary Agreement": All directions to visit Lord Hien in the Kienkan show up on the map with a Ferry location in Glittering Basin instead of the Aetheryte I'm already attuned to in the Doman Enclave. I hope this may be a quick fix for you because there are lots of us leveling alts right now who may be similarly bothered.
