Hi, I can't open my game, and it says: unable to complete version check [30605] [20448] [10009]

Which region are you located in? Usually this happens when it's unable to detect an internet connection. If you're on a cabled/wifi internet, do you have the option to try an alternate and connect via hotspot?

Had the same issue, but with help from a senior expert from Optus NBN and changing modems was able to rectify the problem.

I don't know how, but it's auto fix this morning. Thanks.

Your launcher updated itself. If you run across it again, you can google the error codes you get for ffxiv and it will pull up a fix.
