You can check the community finder to see some that are recruiting https://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...ldname=Phoenix
In the game you can try a /shout at Limsa Lominsa, or click a random person and look at their FC information which will let you apply to join.
You can ask anyone with a crown next to their name if they will invite you to the novice network, where new player questions are answered but you might also find someone to help you with an FC.
